Experimental Online Forecast Calculator (Version 1.6)

This is a free online experimental forecasting tool for calculating and creating forecasts in contact centres and other applications.

Important Information

  1. This forecasting calculator needs at least 13 months of data (ideally 2 years or more) to generate a reasonable forecast.
    The more data you enter the better the forecast.
  2. Data needs to be entered in two columns - Date, Values e.g. Dec-2016, 33100
  3. The date format needs to be either mmm-yy or dd-mmm-yy e.g. Dec-2016 or 21-Dec-2016.
  4. Make sure you don't have any commas in the values e.g. 33,100 should be entered as 33100.
