RESPONSE short-listed for European Customer Service Awards 2015

RESPONSE has been short-listed in the following 3 categories in The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2015 shortlist:

National Outsourcing Association launches development scheme

The National Outsourcing Association (NOA) is launching its own Continuous Professional Development scheme which will help professionals maintain and enhance their outsourcing knowledge and skills.

Individuals will be able to track their professional development using the NOA’s online tool, which will allow users to log all of their formal and informal learning.

“Learning and personal development is becoming increasingly important as technology advances and the requirements of companies change. This is particularly true for professionals in the outsourcing industry,” said Chris Halward at the National Outsourcing Association. “We’ve designed the NOA CPD scheme to help those professionals with their ongoing learning. By fully utilising the NOA CPD tool, they will be able to effectively focus on how best to progress and then do so in a structured and methodical manner.”


NewVoiceMedia wins Gold and Silver Stevie Awards

NewVoiceMedia has been honoured twice in the ninth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The company won Gold and Silver Awards in the ‘Contact Centre Solution – New’ and ‘Contact Centre Solution – New Version’ categories, respectively.

More than 1,900 nominations from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 139 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.

NICE achieves Cisco Compatibility Certification

NICE Engage Platform has achieved Cisco Compatibility Certification for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 10.5.
