August 2021 sees the launch of Akixi ONE. Designed for hybrid workers, the product release is a subscription service which allows employees to report on their own individual performance, as well as that of their teams.

Akixi ONE includes access to up to ten customizable real-time reports providing a unified view of activity and keeping everyone connected.

Head of Product and Solutions at Akixi, Colin Gill says:

“This is an exciting time for Akixi as we take our first step towards empowering individual team members and helping them stay informed and connected with their team mates.

“Though we had a hybrid workforce in mind when concepting Akixi ONE, it soon became apparent that the solution brings great benefits to all employees, whether they are remote, home or office based. Akixi ONE also allows users to easily see the status of colleagues or queues, empowering them to self-manage and decide for themselves the best time to take breaks, for example.

“Making some of Akixi’s most powerful reports, such as the unreturned lost calls report, more accessible to the wider team not only gives employees visibility of real-time activity within the team, but it also gives them the ability to respond accordingly and keep on top of missed opportunities in real time, especially when utilizing the click-to-dial feature.“

Akixi ONE is available from 16th August 2021 as part of Akixi’s 2.2.3 software release.
