Akixi has announced an expansion to its Microsoft Teams CX Connect Interop Program by introducing Akixi Call Recording, powered by Oak Innovation.
This fully certified call recording solution complies with key regulatory standards, including FCA, PCI, MiFID II, GDPR, and HIPAA, and works seamlessly with Microsoft Call Plans, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and certified contact centre solutions.
