NICE announced that Arrow XL, the UK’s largest two-person home delivery and warehousing specialist, has chosen NICE CXone to drive its digital transformation.
Arrow XL aims to enhance its operations by utilizing CXone’s AI-driven technologies to support growth, streamline communications, and handle thousands of weekly deliveries through a centralized platform.
Following a thorough RFP process, Arrow XL selected NICE for its ability to provide an omnichannel approach and automation capabilities.
The company has already seen efficiency gains and cost savings from automating routine tasks with CXone. Additionally, Arrow XL is implementing NICE’s Enlighten AutoSummary to reduce manual after-call work, positioning the company to stay competitive with cloud-based CX technologies.
