Avaya has introduced its new platform: Avaya Infinity.

Patrick Dennis, CEO at Avaya, said, “Avaya Infinity reverses this tide, collapsing silos and creating connections that transform the contact centre from a vehicle for surface-level contact to the place where enterprise relationships deepen and expand.”

The platform is intended to support more cohesive customer and employee experiences by integrating technologies such as AI and intelligent orchestration within existing enterprise systems.

The platform focuses on creating more connected experiences by unifying communication channels, consolidating insights, integrating diverse technologies, and orchestrating workflows.

It aims to help large enterprises and public sector organizations improve adaptability and make the most of their current infrastructure while supporting innovation across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
