Calabrio has announced that its Workforce Management (WFM) solution now integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center.

This development strengthens the ongoing collaboration between the two companies, enhancing Calabrio’s WFM capabilities for modern contact centres.

The integration offers agents self-service features and provides contact centre leaders with AI-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.
