The UK National Contact Centre Awards are now accepting nominations, showcasing the achievements of professionals and teams in the contact centre industry.
Marking their 30th anniversary in 2025, the awards continue to highlight innovation, dedication, and excellence across the sector.
Leigh Hopwood, CEO of the CCMA, said, “For three decades these awards have shone a spotlight on the incredible people and initiatives within the contact centre industry – they genuinely change lives.
The judges are looking for inspiring role models and innovative approaches that drive the industry forward. Simply being nominated for these awards is not only a celebration of talent but a powerful recognition that can enhance careers, inspire teams, and build reputations.”
Organised by the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA), this year’s programme introduces two new categories: Specialist Team of the Year and Contact Centre Excellence.
The Specialist Team award recognises teams excelling in areas such as customer retention, bereavement support, assisting vulnerable customers, or social media management.
The Contact Centre Excellence category is open to CCMA-accredited centres independently assessed against the Contact Centre Standards Framework.
Winners will be announced at an event in London on Monday, 16 June 2025. CCMA members can enter as part of their membership, while non-members may participate for a small fee. Nominations close on Friday, 21 February 2025, with submissions editable until the deadline.
Jackie Pringle, Director of Awards at the CCMA, said, “Taking part in these awards is a rewarding experience, from the initial nomination process to the incredible recognition of being a finalist or winner.
This is an opportunity to reflect, celebrate achievements, and gain valuable exposure for both individuals and teams. I urge every organisation to nominate their stars this year and join us for this memorable journey.”
To take part, visit the UK National Contact Centre Awards before Friday 21 February 2025.
