Are you an existing contact centre operator looking to expand into a new location? Or looking to set up your first UK contact centre?

If the answer is yes, you may be eligible for the North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA) Contact Centre competition – offering all the support a new operator to the region will need in establishing a base there.

Eligibility

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the eligibility criteria before you enter:

  • You don’t already have an operational base in the North East (Northumberland, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Gateshead, Sunderland and/or Durham) and are looking to establish a HQ or regional office in the North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA).
  • You have a scalable business proposition.
  • You have intention to engage with the North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA) and wider North East ecosystem.
  • You bring a strong likelihood of creating good quality, local employment.

How to Enter

Entries will be accepted between 1st January and 17.00 on 28th February 2023.
