Five9 has introduced Spotlight for Five9 AI Insights, a new tool designed to help businesses leverage generative AI to gain meaningful insights from customer interaction data.

This solution, powered by Five9 Genius AI, offers enhanced reporting and analytics features at no additional cost. It enables companies to access contextual data faster and improve decision-making.

The new capabilities allow businesses to create custom metrics from customer conversations, track traditionally hard-to-measure insights like retention rates and discount trends, and simplify metric deployment using intuitive prompts. The updated reporting suite includes the following:

  • Five9 Aceyus VUE with pre-built dashboards for large contact centres.
  • Five9 Analytics featuring ready-to-use reports for flexible, DIY reporting.
  • Five9 Reporting with an improved interface and access to over 140 pre-built reports.

These updates are designed to provide organizations with accessible insights that drive performance and enhance customer experiences.
