Joy Corso Joins Sprinklr as Chief Administrative Officer
Sprinklr has announced the appointment of Joy Corso as Chief Administrative Officer, effective immediately.
Reporting to President and CEO Rory Read, Corso will succeed Diana Adams and will oversee the Marketing and Culture & Talent teams.
Corso brings over 25 years of global experience, having previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Vonage and holding leadership roles at companies like Virtustream (Dell Technologies), and Raytheon.

8×8 Welcomes Joel Neeb to Lead Transformation and Innovation
8×8 has appointed Joel Neeb as its new Chief Transformation and Business Operations Officer, reporting directly to CEO Samuel Wilson.
Neeb brings extensive experience from his previous role as Vice President of Execution and Transformation at VMware and CEO of Afterburner.

NICE Appoints Scott Russell as New CEO
NICE announced the appointment of Scott Russell as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2025.
He will succeed Barak Eilam, who retired at the end of 2024 after more than a decade as CEO and 25 years with the company.
Scott Russell brings over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, including a 14-year tenure at SAP. Russell will be based in NICE’s Hoboken, NJ, office.
David Kostman, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Scott as the new CEO of NICE. I am confident that Scott’s background, personality, energy, and drive will take NICE to new heights as we continue to execute on our platform strategy leveraging cloud, digital and AI.”

Centrical Appoints Brad Tompkins as New CRO
Centrical has appointed Brad Tompkins as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Brad Tompkins, CRO of Centrical, said, “I look forward to collaborating with our talented team to take the company to the next growth stage, accelerate our penetration of new markets, and empower enterprises globally with Centrical’s groundbreaking solutions.”
Tompkins brings extensive experience in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategies, and strategic growth, particularly in technology and cloud sectors.
