We are excited to Announce a Strategic Collaboration with Pexip to provide a suite of on-premises and cloud-based communications solutions for our privacy-conscious customers, especially those in the government, public, and private sectors. These are critical customers, and we are committed to supporting their complex needs.

We are introducing three offerings that prioritize better user experiences, deeper customization, higher levels of interoperability, and alliance strength while adhering to robust security protocols.

These solutions will be a replacement for Poly’s existing Clariti and RealConnect offerings for on-premise and cloud-based communications.

The new offerings include:

  • Poly PrivateConnect Powered by Pexip is a secure video technology platform that delivers a unified experience in a flexible and scalable way while maintaining strict security protocols. With the ability to operate in a private cloud tenant or on-premises, the platform provides a high level of customization and integration options. Customers can seamlessly connect to Microsoft Teams or Google Meet with optional interoperability modules for a near-native user experience.
  • Poly CloudConnect Powered by Pexip is a cloud-based video technology platform that focuses on user experiences, customization, and ease of management and control. It’s a hyper-modern platform providing market-leading meeting interoperability for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
  • Poly FedConnect Powered by Pexip is a security-enhanced service designed specifically for the U.S. Government, providing a secure connection to the U.S. Federal secure cloud and integration with Microsoft Teams. The service is FedRAMP Authorized.

We are partnering with Pexip as a market leader with proven innovation in its solutions, delivering best-in-class security, scalability, and interoperability. Its interoperability capabilities for Microsoft Teams are widely considered to provide the most Teams-like experiences without being native.

We are excited to see how the solution roadmap will grow and evolve to support our joint customers. Our collaboration brings together the best communications platforms, video endpoints, and services.

The new solutions offer strong security mechanisms that emphasize data privacy and sovereignty while providing connectivity anywhere on any device, particularly relevant areas for vertical markets such as financial services, the U.S. government, and healthcare. Government agencies have subscribed to leverage the solutions’ private, secure in-line technology.

Through Poly service offerings, customers can leverage a portfolio of support, professional, and managed services that span the lifecycle of any video collaboration requirement.

We have the global support infrastructure to ensure video endpoints and infrastructure are supported and serviced at the highest level. Professional services include design, deployment, optimization, and transition to the new offerings.

Our managed services include the knowledge necessary for installation, management, operation, and global support with infrastructure, networking, and video technology expertise.

With these Pexip-powered offerings, combined with Poly services and high-quality endpoints, we are committed to providing the complete collaboration experience that customers seek.

The three solutions: Poly PrivateConnect powered by Pexip, Poly CloudConnect powered by Pexip, and Poly FedConnect powered by Pexip, are available now.
