Sabio Expands ‘Disrupt’ CX Event Across Europe for 2025

Sabio Group has announced the expansion of its ‘Disrupt’ programme across Europe in 2025, adding Paris to its established events in London and Madrid.

Launched in 2017, Disrupt has become a notable event for customer experience (CX) professionals, attracting around 1,000 decision-makers annually.

The expanded programme comes as businesses face growing CX challenges, driven by evolving AI technologies, economic pressures, and rising energy costs.

Under the theme ‘Delivering on the Promise’, the 2025 programme will highlight how global brands are applying AI, automation, and data solutions through case studies and live demonstrations.

The series begins in Madrid on April 3rd, featuring speakers from Abanca, Renfe, and Securitas Direct.

London’s flagship event follows on May 20th at Tobacco Dock, with Paris hosting its first Disrupt event on June 3rd. Sabio is also exploring additional European locations for future events.
