Sabio has launched a new solution designed to simplify employee leave management for contact centres using Genesys Workforce Engagement Management (WEM).

The “time off balance app” integrates directly within the Genesys Cloud WEM environment, eliminating the need for complex HR system integrations while providing a comprehensive holiday balance tracker.

This app streamlines operations by automating leave requests and enabling quick decision-making. It features a user-friendly interface for employees, robust administrative controls, real-time balance tracking, and seamless synchronization with Genesys WEM scheduling.
