Sabio has partnered with Septeo, a leading software provider for sectors such as legal, real estate, and HR, to modernize Septeo’s customer engagement approach.
Sabio will assist Septeo in migrating its contact centre from an on-premise system to the Genesys Cloud platform, enhancing customer service capabilities.
