Vonage has been selected by Smobi to deliver Rich Communication Services (RCS) through the Vonage Messages API.
Smobi, an AI-driven RCS platform tailored for e-commerce, enables businesses to send branded and verified messages that aim to enhance customer trust and engagement.

The platform supports manual RCS campaigns, offering interactive messaging capabilities at scale. Smobi also features a conversational AI agent, Mo, designed to engage customers proactively and respond to inquiries in real time.
An integrated analytics dashboard offers insights into message performance, helping brands refine their communication strategies. With SMS fallback supported by the Vonage Messages API, the system ensures message delivery even when RCS is unavailable.
