He has a passion for all things Workforce Planning and a few years ago, created the first podcast show dedicated to Workforce Management. Additionally, Doug is a member of the CCW Europe Advisory Board, contributing to the advancement of customer experience strategies across Europe.

His career has been marked by leadership roles, including Head of Operational Excellence at GetYourGuide and Head of Global Workforce Management at N26. His expertise spans contact centres, customer care technology, Outsourcing Vendor Management, WFM and strategic leadership. Previously, he held key positions at TripAdvisor and Hastings Direct, further solidifying his skills in these areas.

He is driven by a passion for intellectual challenges and continuous learning. With a keen analytical mind and a strong work ethic, Doug is well-positioned to achieve his professional ambitions while maintaining a commitment to personal growth and family life.
