Michael had a baptism of fire leading a project to build a new financial services Contact Centre from a set of blueprints over 20 years ago.
After departing the financial services arena, Michael led public sector Contact Centres for a decade, winning multiple industry awards. Michael was tapped to drive technology modernisation as a CIO for 5 years, including leading the deployment of the first CCaaS solution for the Australian Government.
In 2021, Michael launched his own consulting business, CXTT Consulting, and was recognised as one of Australia’s Top 50 Small Business Leaders in 2022, and in the Top 100 Contact Centre Influencers in APAC in 2023.
