William is Director of Market Engagement at ASCENSOS, a UK headquartered customer management BPO supporting international retail and ecommerce brands and their customers around the world.
William has worked with the world’s leading contact centre outsourcers – including Concentrix, Foundever, and Teleperformance – as a consultant and board member, is a regular industry speaker and panellist, and chairs the Customer Experience Foundation BPO Council.
Away from customer contact management, William is an active investor in digital start-ups, and is a non-exec director of UK welfare and development charity, New Ways for Africa, which operates predominantly in Turkana, Northern Kenya, Sudan and Malawi.
