Talkdesk has announced the integration of agentic AI across its whole AI platform, now rebranded as Talkdesk Ascend AI.
The integration of agentic AI enhances the capabilities of Talkdesk’s platform by enabling AI Agents to perform complex tasks independently, without human intervention.
These AI Agents operate autonomously or semi-autonomously, analyzing data, making decisions, and executing tasks to streamline customer service operations.
They can significantly improve contact centre performance, impacting key metrics such as average handle time, first call resolution, and service levels.
Key features of AI Agents within Talkdesk Ascend AI include enhanced decision making, tailored customer interactions and the ability to manage complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Talkdesk will present these advancements at the 2024 Gartner Symposium/IT Xpo in Orlando, where attendees can experience demonstrations of how AI Agents within Talkdesk Autopilot enhance customer interactions far beyond traditional chatbot capabilities.
