Talkdesk Embedded Has Been Launched to Simplify Workflows

Talkdesk has launched Talkdesk Embedded, a solution that integrates its tools directly into widely used CRM and helpdesk platforms, including Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and more.

This solution is designed to simplify workflows for contact centre agents by uniting tools within a single, cohesive workspace. Embedded enables organisations to seamlessly incorporate features from Talkdesk Workspace, Conversations App, and Copilot through no-code and low-code integration.

The modular design also enables administrators and technical users to tailor workflows and user experiences to their needs, minimizing IT dependency.

Talkdesk states that agents can access functionalities like call controls and live transcriptions without switching between applications, improving efficiency and reducing average handle time by up to 15%.

These features address a critical challenge highlighted by Deloitte’s 2024 State of the Contact Center study, which found 76% of agents feel overwhelmed by the complexity of their systems.

Currently, over 300 organizations are leveraging Talkdesk Embedded to reduce agent tool fatigue and create a more unified approach to customer interactions, enhancing both employee satisfaction and customer service outcomes.
