Topdanmark has partnered with Sabio’s Workforce Management team to implement WFM Buddy, a workforce management application aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
Sabio and WFM Buddy specialists have integrated the tool with Topdanmark’s existing Genesys contact centre system, replacing a previous WFM solution.
The new app offers features such as a ‘Weekview’ for advanced planning, a mobile-friendly interface for managing work events, quick reporting tools, and department-specific customization, supporting Topdanmark’s ongoing digital transformation efforts.
Nicolai Ginge, Country Manager for Sabio Nordics, said: “Our team of WFM and Genesys specialists have worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless integration between Genesys and WFM Buddy.
“The fact that we had the system up and running in just under two weeks is a testament to our expertise and the strength of our partnership with Topdanmark, and now WFM Buddy.”
