UJET has raised $76 million in Series D funding to accelerate the development of generative AI technologies aimed at transforming customer experience.
The round was led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from new investors KeyCorp and IonPacific, as well as existing backers GV, Kleiner Perkins, Citi Ventures, DCM, and Ericsson Ventures.
Jai Das, President, Partner and co-Founder at Sapphire Ventures as well as UJET Board Member, said, “Despite incredible innovation taking place all around us, particularly driven by GenAI in most recent times, the CX is still broken across most organizations that often rely on call centres to provide support.
UJET is helping solve this challenge with its multimodal omnichannel platform that delivers personalized customer journeys by leveraging AI to supercharge agent efficiency.
We saw the power of UJET’s vision early on and are excited to once again back the company in its latest fundraise, supporting the company’s next chapter of growth.”
In conjunction with the funding, Vasili Triant has been promoted to Co-CEO, while founding CEO Anand Janefalkar will focus on expanding the company’s product and engineering divisions. The investment will also support UJET’s go-to-market expansion and team growth.
As UJET research reveals that 60% of contact centre AI investments are in the early stages of development, the company aims to create more advanced AI solutions, improving customer satisfaction, agent productivity, and ROI for businesses.
UJET’s mobile-centric approach, APIs, and strategic partnership with Google Cloud offer a different in AI-driven customer service, integrating cutting-edge technologies for self-service, agent support, and automation.
