This year marks the 30th anniversary of the UK National Contact Centre Awards, celebrating the individuals and teams who drive excellence and make a meaningful impact in their contact centre operations.
As the longest-running and most prestigious awards programme in the UK contact centre industry, they hold a distinguished place in recognising outstanding achievements. Why? Because when you win, you have really deserved it.
Who is Recognised at These Awards?
These awards recognise the best talent in our industry. Judges are looking for the individuals and teams who are role models, and colleague-focused approaches that are inspiring others.
This is an opportunity to say thank you to those that deserve recognition for the work they are doing in their contact centre operation.
Some enter these awards to raise the profile of their contact centre, others to engage their teams, while others do it to attract new talent and the attention of the rest of their business. Whatever the reason, the benefits of going through the nomination and judging process are immense.
Who Can Enter?
The awards are open to all contact centre operations based in the UK – no matter how small or large you are. We just want to find and recognise the best our industry has to offer.
For CCMA members, entry is included within your membership and just £375 + VAT for non-members with discounts for multiple entries.
What Makes These Awards So Special?
The UK National Contact Centre Awards have an excellent reputation for being of a very high standard due to the robustness of judging process and the quality of the judges, supported by our five Head Judges who are all highly experienced senior industry leaders from within the industry.
All Finalists go through a comprehensive and enjoyable judging experience. Some will be interviewed by the judges, others will present to a panel of judges, with some categories giving Finalists an opportunity to host judges for a site visit.
