Vonage and SAP Join Forces to Advance AI in Business

Vonage has expanded its collaboration with SAP to integrate AI-driven experiences into enterprise operations.

This partnership combines Vonage’s communications and network APIs with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and SAP Business AI.

The initiative aims to explore AI and network API applications through pilot use cases and proof-of-concept demonstrations, starting with a showcase at Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona.

In collaboration with Accenture, the demonstration will highlight a multimodal AI application leveraging Vonage APIs.

Vonage’s network APIs support efficient authentication and provide network-based insights, helping enterprises refine operations and develop innovative applications.
