Women in CX is excited to announce the Women in CX UnConference 2024, themed ‘Connecting Impact’, which will be held on October 17th and 18th in Dallas, Texas.

This marks the first time that Women in CX will host an event in America. The UnConference is specifically designed to amplify the voices of women in customer experience and related disciplines, aiming to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry.

The Women in CX UnConference is different from traditional conference formats. It emphasises knowledge exchange, ideas, and experiences among attendees, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and valued.

Women in CX focuses on meaningful engagement and genuine connections, avoiding sponsor pitches and typical conference formats with minimal audience involvement.

We are creating a space where women can share, learn, and inspire each other to lead with impact in the CX industry,” says Clare Muscutt, Women in CX Founder and CEO.

“Our previous conferences have been held in the UK and received incredible feedback, so we can’t wait to take this event across the pond and meet even more women in person.”
