Workvivo by Zoom has announced the launch of Workvivo AI, a new workplace assistant integrated directly into the platform.
Powered by Zoom’s AI Companion, it is designed to help teams access company information, reduce support tickets, and navigate the platform more easily.
Andrea Graham, Head of Product and Engineering at Workvivo by Zoom, explained Workvivo AI further: “Workvivo AI has been built with intention and designed specifically to enhance the experience of Workvivo, a human-first platform designed to foster human connection.
We often hear from our customers that internal communications and HR leaders are buried in repetitive, transactional tasks that stop them from being strategic in their roles.
Workvivo AI will help these teams focus on the bigger picture by accelerating repetitive tasks like content creation.“
The tool also allows for content creation, including updates and surveys, and aims to simplify administrative tasks for internal communications and HR teams.
Administrators can configure role-based access to customize the features available to different employee groups. Workvivo AI is said to also enables the addition of custom content for more personalized assistance.
Smita Hashim, Chief Product Officer at Zoom, expressed excitement for the new product, stating: Zoom customers have been loving Zoom AI Companion, and Workvivo AI will be a great value add for Workvivo.
Customers of both Zoom and Workvivo will benefit from an excellent experience due to the shared AI infrastructure behind AI Companion and Workvivo AI.
