Zendesk Launches Relay for Proactive Customer Messaging

Zendesk has introduced Relay, a new app designed to enhance customer communication through proactive messaging on WhatsApp and SMS.

Relay enables companies to reach out to customers at scale and manage these conversations directly within Zendesk.

  • Improved business outcomes

Mike Keohane, RVP of Business Development at Zendesk said “Relay will allow companies using Zendesk to proactively contact their customers through WhatsApp, to provide important updates that they might not be aware of. This can include examples such as reporting incidents, invites for exclusive opportunities, and requests for feedback on services or products.”
