Zoom Contact Center customers in the EEA now have the ability to store data locally in Zoom’s existing EU data center, designed to meet their needs of data storage and in transit
Zoom has announced the expansion of its existing EU data center region that allows Europe-based Contact Center customers to localize personal data Zoom processes to deliver the services*.
This release continues to mature Zoom’s capabilities to support customer expectations and compliance with data requirements, particularly in sectors such as government, healthcare, and financial services.
“Zoom continues to recognise the importance of addressing local data requirements for our European customers, and this expansion provides them with the confidence that our innovative solutions can address their needs across Zoom’s products, especially with Zoom Contact Center,” said Ben Neo, Head of Customer Experience (CX) Sales EMEA.
