At Spearline we believe that it is essential to understand connectivity and communication practices at a global level.

Connection and audio quality can both be very variable, both across and within countries. And it may be surprising to learn that the best and worst countries are not necessarily the same across connectivity and audio quality.

In this whitepaper, we examine and analyse the highest and lowest performing countries for connectivity. In our 2020 update, we also examine the countries’ audio quality and post-dial delay (PDD) performances and take a look at how the two big hitters, China and the US, compare against one another.

Throughout this whitepaper, using unique insights from our global inbound voice call testing results, we will discover what countries are underperforming and why.

We will also investigate which countries had the highest performance, and which country had the most improved audio quality overall. With a dataset containing hundreds of millions of individual data points for 2020, we can glean a lot of insights.

With insights shared from Call Centre Helper, Forbes, Salesforce, and more, discover the importance of voice, audio quality’s influence on credibility, and how this affects the customer experience.
