Kore.ai has recently introduced AI for Process, a no-code platform that uses agentic AI to help businesses automate tasks. It enables AI agents to handle decision-making and manage workflows.
Unlike traditional automation, which often struggles with scaling and adaptability, AI for Process leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation to improve accuracy and contextual understanding while maintaining data security and compliance.
