Sprinklr was named an Exemplary Vendor in ISG’s Contact Center Advanced Buyers Guide, which evaluates software for advanced contact centres.
The report ranks Sprinklr as a leader in the “Capability” category and highlights its strong performance in customer experience and product adaptability, thanks to its out-of-the-box integrations.
ISG assessed 34 software providers across categories like adaptability, reliability, and usability, as well as customer experience factors such as return on investment.
